Murata - Configurable output voltage high-isolation SMD DC-DC converters (MGJ3)

Murata's MGJ3 and MGJ6 series of configurable output voltage high-isolation surface-mount DC-DC converters are optimized for use as high-side and low-side gate drivers in IGBT and MOSFET bridge circuit designs. This device can provide triple output voltages of +15, +5, and + 5VDC, and has the best switching function of IGBT driver for the best overall system efficiency. The output can be configured to suit many different circuit requirements, such as +15 and -5VDC or +20 and -5VDC. Both converters can choose a wider input voltage near the nominal + 5, + 12 or + 24VDC input. The input range is 4.5 to 9VDC (nominal + 5VDC), 9 to 18VDC (nominal + 12VDC) and 18 to 36VDC (nominal + 24VDC).
